REFUND POLICY

1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Your satisfaction is our top priority and rest assured we will treat every case personally.

2. Our stock products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. A restocking fee may apply.

3. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:    

• The product was purchased in the last 15 days
• The product is in its original packaging and the product isn’t used or damaged. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
• You contact us to discuss the return and send pictures to explain the problem.
• You receive a Return Authorization number.

4. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during return shipping.

5. We reserve the right not to replace any item that has been used, as we will deem this acceptance of the goods.
